HSE Management System Policy
MTM business activities include design, development, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, testing laboratory activities, and maintenance services, including refurbishment and re-manufacturing of Power and Distribution Transformers.
MTM, being an ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified organization, recognizes the importance of health, safety, and environmental protection throughout its operations. Top management is committed to ensuring the establishment and implementation of an effective Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).

- Provide a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly working condition to prevent work-related injury and illness, environmental pollution, and wastage of natural resources.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental legal requirements and other standards.
- Eliminate hazards and reduce HSE risks through effective work procedures, high awareness, resource management, and environmental-friendly practices.
- Implement HSE risk and opportunity management programs for effective control over identified risks and opportunities.
- Provide avenues for workers’ consultation and participation in all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) related matters.
- Continually improve the HSEMS by setting objectives and implementing strategies to meet policy requirements and achieve operational excellence.
This policy is communicated to all employees, visitors, vendors, the public, and other stakeholders for effective implementation.
